Teaching vs. Facilitating

During a recent synchronous class I began to wonder if I was still a trainer or was I now just a facilitator?

For some reason, I had it in my head a facilitator was a "junior trainer", someone who assisted, but didn't lead.

Then I cam across this interesting article on the Association for Talent Development (ATD) web site:
